At Tiara by Pushpa, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return and Replacement Eligibility

Timeframe: You must initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Note: An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a replacement for damaged or missing items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance Sale”.
• Used items or items without original tags/packaging.

3. The Return Process

Contact Us: To start a return, you can contact us at tiarabypushpa17@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9773690774. Please provide your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Approval: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Reverse Pickup: Wherever possible, we will arrange a reverse pickup. If our courier partners do not service your pin code for reverse pickup, you may be required to self-ship the item.

4. Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  3. Method of Refund:
    Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Wallet).
    Cash on Delivery (COD): You will be asked to provide your bank account details or UPI ID, and the amount will be transferred to your bank account.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there is a size issue.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tiarabypushpa17@gmail.com.
We will review your request, and if approved, the replacement or exchange product will be shipped and delivered to you within 7–9 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7–10 days of approval:
• First check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company/bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
