Tiara by Pushpa is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

1. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be indicated on the website.

2. Delivery Timeframes:
   • Mumbai & Maharashtra: 2–4 Business Days
   • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
   • Rest of India: 5–8 Business Days
   • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damaged Packages

If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Please contact us immediately at +91 9773690774 with your Order ID, and we will arrange a replacement.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within India.
